You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Lead and motivate remote project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive solutions.
- Facilitate remote meetings, workshops, and decision-making processes effectively.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Oversee the procurement of necessary resources and manage vendor relationships.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Champion the use of project management software and collaboration tools within a remote setting.
- Report project status to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a lead role managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects in a fully remote environment is essential.
- Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with remote teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced remote work environment.
