Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management strategies.
  • Lead and motivate remote project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive solutions.
  • Facilitate remote meetings, workshops, and decision-making processes effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Oversee the procurement of necessary resources and manage vendor relationships.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Champion the use of project management software and collaboration tools within a remote setting.
  • Report project status to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a lead role managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects in a fully remote environment is essential.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with remote teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Experience in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced remote work environment.
