- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
- Regular shifts with optional overtime
- No in-house or on-call requirements
- Strong physical mobility to navigate between facilities
- Technical readiness for emergency response
- Competence in managing multiple case types and patient conditions
