Responsibilities include:
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of client business operations, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategic recommendations.
  • Design and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to senior executives, outlining strategic plans and implementation roadmaps.
  • Lead project teams, managing scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams, fostering adoption of new strategies and processes.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Contribute to the development of new service offerings and thought leadership within the firm.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting or a similar strategic advisory role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategy development, operational improvement, and change management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects independently.
  • Experience with various project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence software.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote work environment, demonstrating exceptional time management and organizational skills.
