- Lead and manage large-scale consulting engagements, overseeing project teams and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of client operations, identifying areas for improvement in strategy, process, technology, and organizational design.
- Develop and present comprehensive strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps to senior client executives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and contribute to business development efforts.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative solutions across various sectors.
- Design and facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and data collection efforts remotely.
- Develop compelling client proposals and presentations that articulate the value proposition of our client's services.
- Ensure the highest quality of deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital through research, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing.
- Manage risks and issues proactively, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Master's degree or PhD in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in management consulting, strategy, or operations improvement, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex, multi-disciplinary consulting projects for major corporations.
- Expertise in at least one key area such as strategy development, operational efficiency, digital transformation, organizational change, or supply chain optimization.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with C-level executives.
- Experience working effectively in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
- Strong business development acumen and experience in proposal development.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed, though the role is primarily remote.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop talent.
