This is a fully remote position, offering you the freedom to manage your territory and client relationships from anywhere in the US. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing enterprise-level deals within a designated vertical or market segment. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of complex sales cycles, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build rapport with C-level executives and key decision-makers. - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed annual sales quotas.
- Identify and prospect new enterprise opportunities through various channels, including outbound efforts and inbound lead follow-up.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls and product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients' needs.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Negotiate and close complex contracts with enterprise organizations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT leaders, line-of-business managers, and procurement teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates.
- Effectively articulate the company's value proposition and differentiate our solutions in the market.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise software sales, consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
- Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to Fortune 1000 companies.
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies and sales process management.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Experience working in a remote sales environment is highly desirable.
