Our client, a rapidly growing leader in the enterprise software solutions space, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join their dynamic sales team. This role is based in **San Antonio, Texas**, and offers a remote work arrangement, providing flexibility while driving sales success. You will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of enterprise accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and closing complex software sales deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise software sales, a deep understanding of the sales process, and exceptional skills in building relationships, negotiation, and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets within assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and leveraging market intelligence.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client challenges and effectively position our software solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, from initial contact through negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful solution delivery.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline within the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions that drive their business growth.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in enterprise software sales, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers in large organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of the enterprise software market and key industry trends.
  • Exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote sales environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the challenges faced by enterprise clients.
  • A proactive, persistent, and driven approach to sales.
