Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for scalability and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.

  • Stay abreast of new manufacturing technologies and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the development of new product introductions by providing manufacturing feasibility insights.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
  • Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
