Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Manage and optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (SEM/PPC) across platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising.
  • Create engaging and shareable content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copy.
  • Manage social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and automation.
  • Analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), identify key metrics, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design and content creation, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to nurture leads and track customer journeys.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling marketing copy.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
