Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Create engaging and compelling content tailored for different digital platforms to attract and retain target audiences.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and effective campaign execution.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and brand development.
- Regularly report on campaign performance, KPIs, and key learnings to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on strategy development and execution.
- Proven experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
