Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding e-commerce business, is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead their online marketing initiatives. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to drive growth from anywhere. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads. This includes managing SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and possess a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across various channels.
  • Manage and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns to improve organic and paid search rankings and performance.
  • Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
  • Develop and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, articles, and website copy.
  • Manage paid advertising budgets and campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for digital innovation.
  • Experience in e-commerce marketing is a significant plus.
