- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate regular reports on key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions).
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets, including graphics, videos, and copy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in the digital space.
- Manage relationships with external agencies or freelancers as needed.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably within the Arts & Entertainment industry.
- Demonstrable success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
