Expertise in smart contract languages (e.g., Solidity), dApp development frameworks, and API integrations is essential. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and performant blockchain solutions for various use cases.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, consensus mechanisms, and technologies.
• Develop technical specifications and documentation for blockchain applications and protocols.
• Lead the development and implementation of smart contracts using languages like Solidity.
• Design and integrate decentralized applications (dApps) with existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business analysts, to define requirements and deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct research on emerging blockchain technologies and trends, and assess their potential application.
• Ensure the security and integrity of blockchain solutions, adhering to best practices.
• Develop and manage tokenomics models and strategies where applicable.
• Present technical designs and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to blockchain implementations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software architecture and development, with a significant focus on blockchain technology.
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including distributed ledger technology, cryptography, and consensus algorithms.
• Proficiency in smart contract development (e.g., Solidity) and dApp development frameworks.
• Experience with various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Hyperledger Fabric).
• Familiarity with API design and integration, especially for decentralized systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
