Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Lead Installation Supervisor to manage and oversee installation projects in Fort Worth, Texas, US . This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality execution of installations, leading a team of technicians, and coordinating with project managers and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installation supervision, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of project management principles within the installation and maintenance sector.

- Oversee the planning and execution of installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Ensure all installations are performed according to company standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality control.
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring adequate supplies are available for projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow and client satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols on all job sites, promoting a culture of safety awareness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation-related issues that arise during projects.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, timesheets, and incident logs.
- Conduct post-installation reviews to ensure all project requirements have been met.
- Mentor and develop installation team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients regarding project status and any challenges.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in installation, maintenance, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience managing teams and overseeing complex installation projects.
- Strong knowledge of installation procedures, tools, and equipment relevant to the industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to upholding high safety standards.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in a relevant trade are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to various job sites as needed.
