Curriculum Developer (Remote)

Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Curriculum Developer to design and implement engaging educational programs. This role is crucial in shaping the learning experiences for our diverse student base and will be a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a strong understanding of instructional design principles, and the ability to translate complex subjects into accessible and effective learning modules. You will work collaboratively with subject matter experts and educators to create high-quality content that meets educational standards and learning objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks, learning objectives, and assessment strategies for various educational levels.
• Design and create engaging learning materials, including lesson plans, presentations, videos, interactive exercises, and online modules.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and pedagogical soundness.
• Apply principles of adult learning and instructional design to create effective and user-friendly educational content.
• Develop and implement various assessment methods to measure learning outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all curriculum materials comply with relevant educational standards and accreditation requirements.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to develop digital learning content.
• Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to continuously improve existing curriculum offerings.
• Stay current with advancements in educational technology and best practices in curriculum development.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively to ensure timely completion of curriculum projects.

We require candidates with a Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and content creation for online or blended learning environments is essential. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools is a must.
