The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values. Responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR policy development. As a remote-first role, you will leverage technology and modern communication tools to foster a connected and engaged workforce, irrespective of geographical location. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment through effective HR practices. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and leadership skills, adept at navigating complex employee issues and driving organizational change. Key duties include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy to support business objectives.
- Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Designing and administering competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Implementing performance management systems and fostering a culture of continuous feedback.
- Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Leading initiatives focused on employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
- Providing guidance and support to leadership on HR-related matters.
- Utilizing HRIS systems for efficient data management and reporting.
