Our client is a rapidly growing, innovative technology company seeking a highly accomplished Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their fully remote team. This role is crucial for attracting and securing top-tier talent across critical technology and product development functions. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, with a strong emphasis on creating exceptional candidate experiences. This is a remote-first position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within the US.

- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify passive and active candidates for hard-to-fill technical and product roles, leveraging various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to deeply understand their needs, define role requirements, and build effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, from initial contact through offer acceptance.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize recruitment marketing techniques and employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and candidate quality to stakeholders.
- Champion diversity and inclusion best practices throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive compensation packages to advise hiring teams.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments on workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements within the talent acquisition function.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a significant focus on technical and product roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Product Management, Data Science, UX/UI Design).
- Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates for niche and senior-level positions in a competitive market.
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM platforms.
- Exceptional ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to articulate technical concepts to candidates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with diversity recruiting strategies is highly desirable.
