Our client, a rapidly growing organization, is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their fully remote team. This strategic role is responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying and attracting exceptional talent to meet the company's evolving needs. You will partner closely with hiring managers across various departments to understand their staffing requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth candidate sourcing using diverse channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and facilitating the offer process. Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles is crucial. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, employer branding, and talent market trends. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies is a must.
