- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data science solutions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively through visualizations and presentations.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science methodologies.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data science infrastructure and tools.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices in software development for data science.
- Explore new data sources and analytical techniques to enhance predictive capabilities.
- Assist in the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in production environments.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development through online courses, workshops, and conferences.
- Contribute to a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) or R.
- Experience with data manipulation and querying using SQL.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
