- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience in marketing and promoting recreational activities to diverse populations.
- Proficiency in project management and virtual collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative program ideas.
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Parks and Recreation Professional) are a plus.
