Recreation Program Manager (Remote)

Our client is seeking a passionate and innovative Recreation Program Manager to lead and develop engaging recreational programs and initiatives for their community, operating in a fully remote capacity. Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of program planning, risk management, and safety protocols in recreational settings.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Experience in marketing and promoting recreational activities to diverse populations.
• Proficiency in project management and virtual collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative program ideas.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
