This pivotal role is focused on identifying and implementing innovative strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion across all digital channels. You will be responsible for leveraging a deep understanding of A/B testing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media optimization, and customer journey mapping to achieve aggressive growth targets. As a remote-first position, you will work collaboratively with designers, developers, and marketing specialists using cutting-edge digital tools. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, experimental, and results-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to increase website traffic, user acquisition, and conversion rates.
  • Design and manage A/B tests for landing pages, ad creatives, email campaigns, and website features.
  • Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic and paid search visibility.
  • Develop and implement content marketing initiatives to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Analyze customer behavior and website analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance the user experience and conversion funnels.
  • Explore and test new marketing channels and growth hacking techniques.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and growth hacking.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in e-commerce marketing, growth hacking, or a similar role. Proven experience in A/B testing, SEO/SEM, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is essential. Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy is required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and experimental design skills are critical. This role is based in **Washington, D.C., US**, but is a fully remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the US.
