The E-commerce Growth Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies across various online channels, including paid social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, affiliate marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). You will analyze campaign performance, identify key growth opportunities, and implement A/B tests to maximize ROI. Responsibilities include managing marketing budgets, segmenting customer audiences, personalizing customer journeys, and leveraging analytics tools to inform decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in e-commerce marketing, a strong understanding of customer behavior, and exceptional analytical and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities:
