Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing online retailer, is seeking a creative and data-driven E-commerce Growth Marketing Specialist to join their fully remote team. This position is instrumental in driving online sales, customer acquisition, and customer retention through innovative marketing strategies across various digital channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns focused on paid social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and affiliate programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, a proven ability to analyze performance metrics, and a passion for optimizing the customer journey to maximize conversion rates and lifetime value. Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for the e-commerce platform.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing, to nurture leads and drive repeat purchases.
  • Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs, identifying and recruiting partners to expand reach.
  • Analyze website data and campaign performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, CPA, ROAS, LTV) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on website elements, ad creatives, and marketing messages to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and conversion-focused marketing materials.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Manage the e-commerce marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on growth hacking and performance marketing, is required. Proven experience managing paid social, SEM, and email marketing campaigns is essential. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms are a must. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and marketing automation tools is highly desirable. Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills are crucial.
