This position is critical for driving online customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns, a deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy, and a passion for leveraging data to optimize performance. - Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
- Create and manage engaging content strategies across various digital platforms, including social media, blog, and website.
- Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and web developers to ensure cohesive brand messaging and user experience.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the target audience and customer journey.
- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Experiment with new digital marketing channels and technologies.
- Ensure all digital marketing activities are aligned with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Deep expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data visualization tools.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting abilities.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize campaign performance for ROI.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a significant plus.
- Strategic thinker with a creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
