Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Sociology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, community outreach, or non-profit management.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute events and outreach activities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting engaging content.
  • Proficiency with virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and office productivity software.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and understanding community needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
