Our client is seeking a passionate and organized Community Outreach Program Coordinator to lead impactful initiatives. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to drive positive change from anywhere. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs aimed at engaging with and supporting local communities. This role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships, mobilize resources, and achieve program objectives. You will be the bridge between our client and the communities they serve, ensuring effective outreach and sustainable impact.

Key responsibilities include designing and executing community outreach strategies aligned with organizational goals. You will identify target communities, assess their needs, and develop relevant program initiatives, such as educational workshops, resource fairs, volunteer drives, and advocacy campaigns. Building and maintaining strong relationships with community leaders, local organizations, government agencies, and volunteers is crucial. You will manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Developing compelling communication materials, including newsletters, social media content, and press releases, to promote program activities and successes will be essential. Organizing and coordinating community events, meetings, and workshops, both virtually and potentially in-person, is a core function. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing volunteers. Measuring and reporting on program outcomes and impact, using data to inform future strategies, is vital. The ideal candidate will possess a deep commitment to social justice and community development, with excellent project management and problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a remote setting is paramount.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in community outreach, program management, or a related field. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful community programs. Strong understanding of community development principles and social service delivery. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to manage projects, budgets, and volunteers. Proficiency in using technology for remote collaboration and communication. Experience with data collection and impact measurement.
