Our client is a leading player in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, seeking an innovative and strategic Head of FMCG Brand Strategy. This is a fully remote position, offering a significant opportunity to shape the future of their brands on a global scale. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and brand building within the FMCG landscape. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that drive market share, enhance brand equity, and foster long-term consumer loyalty.

- Conduct in-depth market research, consumer insights analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, traditional advertising, and in-store promotions.
- Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and R&D teams to ensure brand strategy is aligned with product innovation and go-to-market plans.
- Manage brand budgets, allocate resources effectively, and measure the ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of brand managers and marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and maintain strong brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand expression across all touchpoints.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels for the company's brands.
- Monitor brand performance metrics, track key KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on brand health, market share, and campaign effectiveness.
- Champion consumer-centric approaches, ensuring that brand strategies are deeply rooted in understanding and meeting consumer needs and desires.
- Work closely with creative agencies and external partners to develop compelling brand assets and communication materials.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in consumer behavior, marketing technology, and the competitive FMCG environment.
- MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in brand management within the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of successful brand strategy development and execution.
- Deep understanding of consumer insights, market segmentation, and brand positioning.
- Extensive experience in developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, social media marketing, and e-commerce principles.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive creative solutions in a competitive market.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous, and remote work environment.
