Remote Human Resources Generalist - Talent Acquisition Focus

You will manage various aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates and screening applications to coordinating interviews and extending offers. Beyond recruitment, you will also contribute to broader HR functions, including employee relations, policy implementation, HRIS management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. - Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and technologies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiating terms as needed.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Support employee relations initiatives and address HR-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to other HR functions as needed, such as performance management and compensation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
- Champion company culture and values throughout all HR activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition.
- Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruitment and various sourcing methodologies.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and employees.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
