Senior Operations Manager - Facility Services (Remote)

Our client, a leading provider of comprehensive facility management solutions, is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead their cleaning and sanitation services division. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to manage operations and teams from anywhere in the US. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management, team leadership, and a deep understanding of best practices in commercial cleaning and sanitation. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery, optimizing resource allocation, and driving operational efficiency. • Managing day-to-day operations of cleaning and sanitation services across multiple client sites.
• Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Overseeing staff scheduling, performance management, and training initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, with a significant focus on the cleaning, janitorial, or facility services industry, is required. Proven experience in managing large teams and complex operational environments is essential. Strong understanding of industry best practices, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements is a must. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are critical.
