- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on system performance, risks, and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in aviation technology, industry best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation safety standards and regulations.
- Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for aviation systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in aviation systems analysis, design, or operations.
- Proficiency in systems engineering principles and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems, avionics, and air traffic management.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, MATLAB).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with DO-178C, DO-254, or similar safety-critical software standards is a plus.
