The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aviation operations, systems engineering, and a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, concise reports and strategic guidance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the performance and efficiency of various aviation systems, including flight operations, air traffic control, and aircraft maintenance.
  • Develop and utilize advanced modeling and simulation techniques to predict system behavior and identify potential issues.
  • Evaluate the impact of new technologies and operational procedures on system performance and safety.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for system failures or performance degradations.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, operators, and regulatory bodies, to implement improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of system requirements and design specifications for new aviation technologies.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in aviation systems analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant aviation regulations and safety standards.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the knowledge base of the team.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in aviation systems analysis, operations, or engineering.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python, R).
  • Strong understanding of aeronautical principles, flight dynamics, and air traffic management.
  • Experience with aircraft performance analysis, maintenance data, and operational metrics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation and delivering clear presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA) is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
