Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize all facets of the logistics and supply chain operations.

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy across distribution centers.
  • Oversee transportation planning and carrier management to optimize routes and delivery times.
  • Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance supply chain visibility and performance.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, and customer service teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
  • Research and recommend best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on optimization.
  • Proven experience in analyzing and improving transportation, warehousing, and inventory management processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Experience with supply chain planning software and WMS/TMS systems.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • APICS or CSCMP certification is a plus.
