AbouttheRole
Weareseekingadynamicandresults-drivenDirectorofEnterpriseSales todrivenewbusinesswithintheautomotivesector. Youllberesponsibleforidentifying,pursuing,andclosingstrategicsalesopportunitieswithmajorOEMs,Tier1suppliers,mobilitystartups,andrelatedplayersacrossthevaluechain.
Youwillserveasatrustedadvisor,helpingclientsnavigatecomplexglobalcommunicationneedsfromvehiclelaunchlocalizationtotechnicalmanualtranslation,digitalexperiences,andmore.
KeyResponsibilities
Developandexecuteatargetedsalesstrategy focusedonkeyautomotiveaccounts.
Buildandmanageapipelineofprospects usingamixofcoldoutreach,networking,referrals,events,andinboundinterest.
Understandeachclientsbusinessmodel,painpoints,andglobalcommunicationneeds torecommendappropriatesolutions.
PresentandpromoteTransPerfectsfullsuiteofservicesandtechnologyplatforms ,includinginterpretation,digitallocalization,technicaldocumentation,andglobalcontentmanagement.
Collaboratewithinternalsolutionspecialistsandproductionteamstobuildcustomproposals andprojectbudgets.
Leadcontractnegotiations andpricingdiscussions.
Maintainstrong,long-termrelationshipswithkeystakeholdersanddecision-makers.
RepresentTransPerfectatindustryevents,tradeshows,andclientmeetings (domestic&internationaltravelrequired).
RequiredQualifications
Bachelorsdegreeorequivalentexperience.
610+yearsofB2Bsalesexperience ,withastrongpreferenceforexperienceintheautomotive,mobility,ormanufacturingsector.
Provenabilitytomanagecomplexsalescycles andclosemulti-stakeholderdeals.
Strongconsultativesellingskills youknowhowtouncoverneeds,proposetailoredsolutions,andbuildlastingrelationships.
ExperiencesellingservicesorSaaS-basedsolutionstoenterpriseclients.
Excellentcommunicationandpresentationskills(verbalandwritten).
Self-motivated,organized,andadaptabletochange.
