Weareseekingadynamicandresults-drivenDirectorofEnterpriseSales todrivenewbusinesswithintheautomotivesector. Youllberesponsibleforidentifying,pursuing,andclosingstrategicsalesopportunitieswithmajorOEMs,Tier1suppliers,mobilitystartups,andrelatedplayersacrossthevaluechain.

Youwillserveasatrustedadvisor,helpingclientsnavigatecomplexglobalcommunicationneedsfromvehiclelaunchlocalizationtotechnicalmanualtranslation,digitalexperiences,andmore.



KeyResponsibilities

  • Developandexecuteatargetedsalesstrategy focusedonkeyautomotiveaccounts.

  • Buildandmanageapipelineofprospects usingamixofcoldoutreach,networking,referrals,events,andinboundinterest.

  • Understandeachclientsbusinessmodel,painpoints,andglobalcommunicationneeds torecommendappropriatesolutions.

  • PresentandpromoteTransPerfectsfullsuiteofservicesandtechnologyplatforms ,includinginterpretation,digitallocalization,technicaldocumentation,andglobalcontentmanagement.

  • Collaboratewithinternalsolutionspecialistsandproductionteamstobuildcustomproposals andprojectbudgets.

  • Leadcontractnegotiations andpricingdiscussions.

  • Maintainstrong,long-termrelationshipswithkeystakeholdersanddecision-makers.

  • RepresentTransPerfectatindustryevents,tradeshows,andclientmeetings (domestic&internationaltravelrequired).

RequiredQualifications

  • Bachelorsdegreeorequivalentexperience.

  • 610+yearsofB2Bsalesexperience ,withastrongpreferenceforexperienceintheautomotive,mobility,ormanufacturingsector.

  • Provenabilitytomanagecomplexsalescycles andclosemulti-stakeholderdeals.

  • Strongconsultativesellingskills youknowhowtouncoverneeds,proposetailoredsolutions,andbuildlastingrelationships.

  • ExperiencesellingservicesorSaaS-basedsolutionstoenterpriseclients.

  • Excellentcommunicationandpresentationskills(verbalandwritten).

  • Self-motivated,organized,andadaptabletochange.
