As a Lead Event Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event production, from conceptualization and planning to flawless execution. Your role will involve managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and on-site logistics for a variety of high-profile events, including virtual and hybrid experiences. You will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and technical teams to ensure that every event aligns with the brand vision and delivers an exceptional experience to attendees.
Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive event production plans, sourcing and negotiating with vendors for staging, AV, lighting, and other technical requirements; managing event staff and volunteers; overseeing the design and implementation of event spaces, ensuring all technical aspects are integrated seamlessly; troubleshooting and resolving any on-site issues that may arise; conducting post-event analysis and reporting. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of event production technologies, creative design principles, and project management methodologies. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. A proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events, particularly in a remote or virtual capacity, is highly desirable. Experience in the arts, entertainment, or broadcast industries is a significant advantage. This role requires a dynamic individual who can think on their feet, adapt to changing circumstances, and maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure.
