Senior Technical Recruiter - Remote Technology Roles

Our client is a highly respected recruitment consultancy that partners with leading technology firms to source top talent. They are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join their fully remote team and focus on filling critical roles within the tech industry. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for complex technical positions, from understanding client needs and developing sourcing strategies to screening candidates, managing interviews, and closing offers. You will leverage your expertise in identifying, engaging, and assessing top-tier software engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and other IT professionals. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with hiring managers, utilizing a variety of sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, direct outreach), and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the technology landscape, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in challenging technical roles. Experience in agency or in-house technical recruiting is essential. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, industry events) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruiting.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent community building.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of success.
- Deep understanding of the technology industry and various technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data science, cloud computing).
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and ATS platforms.
- Excellent sourcing skills and experience with various recruitment tools.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Experience in a recruitment consultancy or agency setting is highly desirable.
