You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing deals.   • Drive new business revenue by identifying and closing sales opportunities for SaaS solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead generation, qualification, and proposal development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing client organizations.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our SaaS platform and its benefits for diverse industries.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and insights.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales, specifically closing new business.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in consultative selling and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a remote, home-based environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and market dynamics.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product features and benefits.
