Remote Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist
Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their expanding teletherapy team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to provide essential speech therapy services to children from the comfort of your home office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric speech disorders, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of young clients and their families.

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of pediatric clients with a range of speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Provide engaging and effective speech therapy services via a secure teletherapy platform.
- Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and educators to support the child's progress and ensure carryover of skills.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, session notes, and treatment plans in compliance with state and professional standards.
- Stay current with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and consultations as needed.
- Manage a caseload of pediatric clients, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques and assistive technologies to enhance client outcomes.
- Advocate for the communication needs of children and provide support and education to families.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and standard office software.
- Excellent diagnostic, therapeutic, and documentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families remotely.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
