Your responsibilities will include resolving customer issues, processing orders and returns, answering product-related questions, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments. We are seeking empathetic, patient, and articulate individuals with a passion for helping others. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education or previous customer service experience is a plus. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to de-escalate challenging situations calmly and effectively. Strong computer literacy, including experience with CRM software and standard office applications, is essential.
