**Job Description:**
Develops and delivers education plans to meet current and future departmental needs, ensuring operational effectiveness and financial integrity. Analyzes changing trends in educational needs due to new technology and creates relevant educational materials. Oversees organizational development programs, classes, and seminars. Performs other duties as assigned. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
- Maintains the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality (Required)
- Superior prioritization skills, including ability to manage an array projects and deadlines (Required)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information and education to all levels of employees from front line to senior management (Required)
- Strategic minded with an ability to collaborate with department and project leaders to anticipate needs and develop effective education plans (Required)
- Ability to proactively prepare for and react effectively to the changing healthcare environment (Required)
- Results oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic, project-oriented environment (Required)

- Ability to work independently as role will travel to all HIM site locations as needed and be partially virtual (Required)
- Strong interpersonal and technical skills to collaborate with key stakeholders regarding medical record documentation and changes needed (Required)
- Solid Computer proficiency skills to include MS Office Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, OneNote and Windows operating system, Internet, and ability to navigate through electronic health record system. Demonstrates the ability to correct information electronically using Adobe products (Required)
- Good math skills with an ability to understand and work with spreadsheets. (Required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as demonstrated by application resume, work history and interview process. (Required)
**Education:**
- Associate (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
**Field of Study:**
- in Education, Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
- in Education, Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
**Work Experience:**
- 5+ years equivalent experience in education and/or hospitalbased revenue cycle, with specific emphasis in health information management/ (him) coding and/or education (Required)
- 5+ years of education and/or revenue cycle management experience with focus in him/coding (Preferred)
