This role demands a deep understanding of industry standards, codes, and best practices in electrical engineering. You will be tasked with identifying and mitigating potential design risks, conducting design reviews, and troubleshooting complex technical challenges. Your ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in power systems. A professional engineering license (PE) is strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a significant focus on power system design, analysis, and implementation, is required. Proven expertise in power system modeling software (e.g., ETAP, PSS/E, PSCAD) and CAD tools is essential. Experience with renewable energy integration, microgrids, or high-voltage systems is a significant plus. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills are paramount for success in this remote, principal-level position.
