Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems and circuitries for advanced technological products.
  • Define system architecture, component selection, and schematic capture for various electronic modules.
  • Perform detailed circuit analysis, simulations, and worst-case design evaluations.
  • Collaborate closely with firmware, mechanical, and software engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for hardware validation and characterization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical design issues throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership and guidance on electrical design best practices.
  • Contribute to the definition of technical roadmaps and the evaluation of new technologies.
  • Ensure design compliance with relevant industry standards and certifications.
  • Author technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
Qualifications:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical hardware design and development.
  • Expertise in analog and digital circuit design, power electronics, and microcontrollers.
  • Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro).
  • Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC principles.
  • Experience with hardware description languages (VHDL, Verilog) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead complex technical projects from concept to production.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide other engineers.
