Senior UX/UI Designer - Digital Products (Remote)

Our client, a rapidly growing digital product company, is seeking a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to join their innovative and fully remote team. This role is perfect for a creative and user-centric designer who thrives on crafting intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing, contributing significantly to the success of our client's flagship products. Based with a connection to Huntsville, Alabama, US , this position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Translate user requirements and business goals into intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product strategy and feature development.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analytics, and A/B testing results.
• Present design concepts and solutions effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital product design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile, and remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
