Process Engineer

Engineering team and are looking for a hands-on Production Engineer to lead new model development and capital equipment projects across assembly, paint, and weld operations. If you enjoy taking projects from concept installation launch, this is a great opportunity to work on high-impact manufacturing programs. What Youll Do Lead new model & capital project planning Perform layout optimization & impact analysis Manage projects through design, procurement, install, and launch Support equipment trials, safety checks, and process validation Drive quality, productivity, and cost improvements Collaborate with internal teams & global vendors What Were Looking For Experience with capital equipment or new model development Strong skills in AutoCAD + 3D modeling (CATIA, Inventor, etc.) Ability to own projects and hit KPI-driven deadlines Comfortable working onsite + travel (up to 20%) Engineering degree OR equivalent hands-on experience Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $35 - $40 Hourly
