About the Role: As the In-Home Sales Representative, youll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering innovative solutions that fit their vision. This outside sales position involves using advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions to potential customers.

• Run in-home sales appointments with pre-qualified leads
• Use an iPad system to design and present bath solutions
• Build rapport, present pricing, and close deals
• Attend weekly sales training to sharpen your skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Sales experience preferred (home improvement is a plus)
• Reliable transportation
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Comfortable working on commission

• Pre-set appointments (no cold calling)
