Role Overview
As an IT Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading IT systems, access, security, and user support within a rapidly growing organization. This position offers the opportunity to build a scalable and secure IT environment, overseeing critical functions such as identity management, automation, endpoint security, and hardware lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities- Own core IT operations, including identity/access management, endpoint security, and user lifecycle processes.
- Manage MDM/EDR platforms (e.g., Jamf), ensuring device compliance and secure software deployment.
- Implement and maintain SSO/IdP integrations across various tools (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, AWS, GCP, etc.).
- Oversee IT support by resolving access issues, installations, and troubleshooting while enhancing user experience.
- Automate onboarding/offboarding workflows to minimize manual effort and improve consistency.
- Manage enterprise software, including access control, vendor oversight, license optimization, and procurement governance.
- Handle the laptop lifecycle from procurement to provisioning, refresh, and deprovisioning, along with managing hardware inventory.
- Collaborate with Talent Ops, Finance, and Security on onboarding, budgeting, and compliance matters.
- Continuously enhance IT processes, documentation, and scalability.
- Experience in IT operations, systems administration, or IT infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of MDM/EDR and endpoint management.
- Experience with SSO/IdP and SaaS ecosystems (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
- Background in enterprise software and vendor management.
- Ability to drive automation and process improvements.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Employment Type: Full-time
CompensationAnnual salary range of $85,000 - $130,000.
