Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary Identify and suggest improvements to customer service processes and tools Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and positive customer experience Adhere to company policies and guidelines in all customer interactions

RequirementsRequirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional Indian languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali) is a significant advantage Stable and reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment Basic computer proficiency and comfort with various software applications Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customer needs Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting Eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes Customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping others

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality) is a plus but not required Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
