Barback

We are an East Village cocktail bar seeking a hardworking and professional individual to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in supporting the team and contributing to a great guest experience.

What were looking for:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and on-task under pressure
• Positive energy and a team-oriented attitude
• Reliability, especially for late nights and weekend shifts
• Ability to read and execute recipes.

Previous barback experience is preferred but not required. A great attitude and willingness to learn are most important.

Position details:

• Consistent availability required for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights
• Opportunity to train and grow into a server and bartender role
