Job Description

Supervises and coordinates activities of employees providing customer service by performing the following duties:

• Maintains call distribution system.
• Determines appropriate scheduling of staff based on call volume or other anticipated events.
• Monitors productivity of customer service representatives.
• Monitors calls to observe accuracy and conformity to company policies.
• Answers questions to address customer complaints.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
