The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing North America team. This role is critical to fueling our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients. As a BDR, you will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to build a strong pipeline and help expand our market footprint.

What You’ll Do
Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients through inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, social media, marketing campaigns, industry events, and sales databases.

Cold & Warm Outreach

  • Initiate outreach via well-structured cadences across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Lead Qualification

  • Engage prospects in conversations to understand their business needs and assess fit for solutions.

Pipeline Development

  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and meeting-setting targets.

Demo Scheduling

  • Convert qualified leads into booked meetings or product demos with Sales or Account Executives.

CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospecting activity in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Marketing to shape targeted outreach campaigns and share prospect feedback to improve strategy.

What You Bring
✔ Up to 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in SaaS
✔ Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets
✔ Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn, and sales automation platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
✔ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
✔ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
