- Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, tooling, and plant layouts
- Troubleshoot production challenges and implement sustainable corrective actions
- Partner cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams
- Support new product launches, process development, equipment implementation, and documentation
- Analyze manufacturing data and identify opportunities for operational excellence
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives focused on waste reduction and continuous improvement
- Support capital equipment projects from concept through implementation
- Improve manufacturing efficiency through innovative problem-solving and process optimization
- Maintain and update 2D CAD plant layouts and manufacturing documentation
- Help create safer, smarter, and more efficient manufacturing operations

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of Process Engineering experience, preferably within automotive manufacturing
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, materials, and production workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
