About the Role:

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving daily meals in accordance with resident dietary needs and preferences. You will maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. Your duties will also include setting up the tray line and ensuring timely delivery of meal trays to patient areas, as well as working in the dish room and maintaining high sanitation standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to collaborate with the dietary team and maintain a positive working environment

• Availability to work scheduled hours, including weekends and holidays

• Recent experience as a Cook in a healthcare environment (preferred)

• Strong communication skills to ensure meal satisfaction with residents, staff, and team members
